The sole Director of the family company and also the main skipper of MB RAMBLIN and its professional outfit. Matt has spent the last 10 years circumnavigating our country protecting our borders, and has also had numerous charter boats focusing on offshore trips throughout Queensland – particularly in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
Matt’s maritime qualifications consist of a Master Under 45 metres endorsed to 600 nautical miles, a Marine Engine Driver II and an eray of other marine qualifications gained after decades of sea time Nationally and Internationally. Dedication to thousands of hours setting up this part of the business and also custom designing the vessel to suit the needs that he has learnt over the years.
Matt is passionate about showing his clients a great time out on the water, and is very open to any suggestions you may have for a trip. If you are lucky enough, he might even bring out his cheffing prowess and cook up your catch.

Meet MB RAMBLIN’s relief skipper and also our No. 1 deckhand. Since relocating here in 2004, Craig has many years experience fishing all over the Capricorn Coast and beyond, and in more recent times has startedalong with River Cruises CQ and also has hire boats available around Central Queensland with Boat Hire CQ.
Craig has an open Coxswain Grade 1 near coastal, and is currently studying for his open Master Under 24 metres. He brings a lot of value to the table when it comes to this business, so feel free to pick his brain as he is happy to help with any questions you may have.

Sam has been an avid fisherwomen and social media expert for many years. She is based in North Queensland running her own business but takes care of all our company’s social media, advertising campaigns, clothing and other important business requirements.
Sam will be on board with us on some of our local trips and extended charters as a deck hand whilst also being behind the camera.

A full day charter will be a minimum of 10 hours. An extended offshore day charter will be a minimum of 12 hours.
You will be supplied with everything you need for a great day out. Just bring a hat and notify us of any dietary requirements and alcohol purchases before prior, as everything will be waiting on board. Photos will be taken on the vessel using our iPad. Images and videos will be available to share after your tour is finished.
